The comfort king room we stayed in was brand-new with very comfy beds. the staff was extremely helpful; we got their full attention. - the location offered was magnificent and perfect near the center of the beautiful town of Riquewihr, medieval Riquewihr, and the pedestrian area.

The breakfasts were generous and amazing!

Everything was perfect, the parking was close to the hotel, the room was a nice size. The employees were attentive and offered terrific services. The location was excellent and perfect in the heart of Riquewihr. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like L'ecurie that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The units are romantic, huge with still included a bathtub, very comfy beds, for example.

The hotel provides terrific service. the location is amazing and stunning, relatively near Hueber Jean-Paul. They have a good restaurant, which was a definite bonus.

Excellent breakfast. Very friendly service. We were warned to take a different route to the ski resort - without that advice we could have got stuck in the snow! Also, the receptionist offered to take us to Colmar when all the restaurants in Riquewihr were closed.

Only that Riquewihr town was kind of 'closed'. Only one restaurant, and they refused us at 8.45pm.

The location was excellent and Riquewihr was charming. It was also fantastic to have such a roomy parking lot (3 euro per day).

The room and the hall outside smelled of onions and spices. We opened the window to air out the room and it helped somewhat. The heater was not working even though it was 10c outside at night. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hotel is romantic with free Wi-Fi and an excellent value. Generous and amazing breakfast for the start of the day with hams and local products. - A very attractive building in the heart of Riquewihr. - Set in a brilliant area just off the center of Riquewihr, in the pedestrian zone, the historic town center and France's.

The ambience was wonderful.

Would have appreciated access to internet facilities.

The staff were so nice and spoke english, the breakfast was good with plenty of croissants and fresh breads, the location was right in the city and we walked everywhere. We took one small drive to the "Stork Farm" that is well worth seeing, amazing creatures.

Incredible location a short walk to town center

Great staff. Lovely village on the Wine Route of Alsace. - New-fashioned rooms. - Helpful staff

Position. Riquewihr is definitely a must see on the Alsace trail. The hotel is inside the town walls and although the area is pedestrianised, it is possible to drive into the hotel's large carpark (3 euros a day). For such a small hotel with typically French (basic) rooms (even though we had booked a superior room it was still a bit sparsely furnished!), it redeemed itself with the staff and the excellent continental breakfast.

The spiral stone staircase up to the fourth floor! We asked for a room with a view and we certainly got it! The proprietor kindly helped us up with our luggage though and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Very centrally located inside the walls of Riquewihr, made it easy to taste the local wine and drop any purchases back at the hotel! Free internet connection

This Place has a super convenient location right by the charming historical center. You'll find plenty of restaurants and a cool pedestrian area nearby. It's in a touristy spot, so there's always something going on. Plus, our room had a cozy bathtub 🛁 for some relaxing baths after a day of exploring.

Great location right in the heart of Riquewihr. Bonus for this hotel is they have their own parking right next to the hotel and parking is a challenge in Riquewihr. Easy strolling to every place in old town. Friendly staff.
